Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. If you’re not fully satisfied with your LED light shoes, lighting shoes, or LED shoes for men and women, we’re happy to help you return or exchange your items, provided they meet the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
We accept return for used and damaged items also.
Items must be returned in their original condition, including any tags, packaging, and accessories.
Shoes must be in their original packaging to ensure safe return.
If you purchased a discounted item, please ensure the item is returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, worn or damaged items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. We recommend trying on your LED shoes on a clean, soft surface to avoid damaging them.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Ship the Item Back:
Once your return is authorized, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
Return Inspection:
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the conditions outlined above. Once verified, we will process your refund or exchange request.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned LED shoes or lighting shoes, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Please note the following:

Shipping Fees:
Please note that shipping fees are free of cost for all the returns.
Payment Method:
Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment. If you paid via credit card, the refund will be issued to the card. If you used another payment method (like card or bank transfer), your refund will be processed accordingly.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges on LED shoes and lighting shoes. Here’s how the exchange process works:

Exchange Item Availability:
If the item you want to exchange is in stock, we’ll ship it out as soon as possible. If it's unavailable, we will offer you a store credit or a full refund.
Shipping for Exchanges:
You will be responsible for return shipping on the exchanged item(s), but we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
Defective or Damaged Items

Non-Returnable Items

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel and refund your purchase. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
