1. If you are unsatisfied with the products or services then please raise the refund or return request within 30 days from the delivery date so that we can do full refund or exchange for you. So yes we offer both returns and refund within 30 days from the delivery time.

2. Returns can be done in the newly or slightly used condition. We will initiate the reverse pickup from our courier partner from your door steps but please note reverse pickup can only be done for the limited pincodes.

3. We will refund your full money within 2-3 days once we receive the returned product from your end and quality check completes.

4. For your successfull replacement please fill the same form present under returns and refund policy page.

5. We will refund your full money as well the shipping fee.
